Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made for coaching sessions, training programs, and workshops are non-refundable. Once you have enrolled and completed your payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest level of service and commitment to all our participants.

Exception – Program Cancellation by TCMC

In the rare event that TCMC cancels a session or program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule their enrollment for a future session. We will communicate any cancellations in advance and provide options accordingly.

Rescheduling Policy

While refunds are not available, participants may request to reschedule their sessions based on availability and at the discretion of TCMC. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the session start date.
